Emma Neuberg is a printed textile designer who has set up several research projects which have informed digital textile printing.

The Peoples Print is a project set up in collaboration with Melanie Bowles to promote digital textile printing as a means for production for anyone wishing to create their own bespoke textiles. Running workshops and events for the public, their motto is ‘print, make, wear and share’.

Slow Textiles Group (and blog) who aim to push the boundaries of textile design, sharing the results and resources to enable textile designers. The group has a strong sustainability ethos.

Emma’s own practice is primarily digital print. She was the first person to gain a PhD in printed textiles. She has collaborated with a number of brands and was featured by The Observer as a new wave of textile designers.
